Cancellation Policy
1. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. In the event of non-payment of the balance in the terms agreed (early balance), the service will NOT be provided, and the Operator will retain the amount paid by the Customer as deposit. 2. In case of WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION or RENUNCIATION by the Customer, who will have to give immediate written notice, the amount paid at the time of the waiver (down payment and/or balance) will be refunded ONLY if the weather conditions do not allow the service. 3. In case of NO-SHOW of the Customer the amount paid at the time of the waiver (down payment and/or balance) will NOT be refunded to the Customer 4. In the event of CANCELLATION by the Operator due to force majeure or other unforeseeable personal issues (e.g., health problems), the Operator will immediately inform the Customer and propose, where possible, an alternative. Alternatively, the Customer may choose to be refunded the amount paid without any penalty to the Operator. 5. The cruise program may vary daily at the Skipper’s discretion based on meteorological conditions or other navigation or mooring requirements. The Operator will in no way be liable for program variations, stoppages, loss of time and/or interruptions resulting from initiatives or decisions taken by the Skipper to protect the safety of navigation, particularly for unfavorable weather conditions. 6. If, due to factors beyond the Skipper’s control (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions), the planned embarkation and disembarkation ports become unreachable or impracticable, the Skipper may decide on the most appropriate alternatives and communicate them to the guests in a timely manner. No harm or compensation may be claimed for such unforeseen and consequent inconvenience.
